Free Guided Meditation for Obsessive Compulsive Thoughts
When times become stressful (and times when not), the body can react in certain ways to simply get through.
This can manifest as certain behaviors that can be bothersome and intrusive. These behaviors are also a beautiful thing the mind and body do to get us through hard times.
This meditation will help you with obsessive compulsions, worries, or any anxiety that comes from your thoughts.
It is important to remember, that you are not your thoughts.
Your thoughts are evidence that you exist, but they do not define you.
The mind likes to add its own narrative to events that you experience which we like to think are true, but more often than not, this narrative is not correct. You have your own power over your actions and it is normal to have different thoughts flow through your mind on a daily basis. When calming the mind during any thought flow, it can help to not only ease your emotional body, but help to make more thoughtful and logical decisions in the future.
